等待三年，天后玛丽亚凯莉(Mariah Carey)终于在四月六日中发行她的第11张个人大碟【E=MC2】，至于灵感正是来自于爱因斯坦最著名的相对论‘(E) Emancipation = (MC) Mariah Carey (2) to the second power’，同时也巧妙结合她名字的英文缩写。新歌"Touch My Body"在全美电台播出不到一个月，已经缔造8千2百万人次收听的惊人成绩。

爱因斯坦发明“相对论”改变全人类的生活模式，天后玛丽亚凯莉创造全新专辑【E=MC2】，将以相同力量震撼全球乐坛。预约加入唱片史上最重要的一刻，就是现在。

当看到专辑封面的时候，心中便是一惊：惯用的M字体，荡然无存。黑白的封面上，性感紫色的MARIAH大名，和白色专辑名E=MC2，让人觉得新鲜又有点难以接受。封面上的MC，姿态和上张专辑《The Emancipation Of Mimi》很像，只是这次用了一条白色的长毯挡住了身体。不禁让人感觉这会是上一张专辑的延续。那到底是继续We Belong Together？还是又一次的突破自己？

新专辑里的第11首歌“I'm That Chick”，绝对高品质的一首歌。节奏一起来就让我的记忆瞬间回到了《Giltter》，那张至今无法让大多数世人接受的经典专辑。两相对比，发现Mariah Carey在Disco复古曲风上再次飞跃。第一是节奏更稳定和动感，贯穿整首的节奏始终如一。第二是旋律的简单化，甩开繁琐，抓住Disco的精髓。第三就是这次Mariah Carey这首歌的演唱，紧扣甜和性感，没有刻意的展示她的Big Voice，这点和Disco又恰恰扣合在一起。制作人Stargate功不可末，在Disco风的基础上，稍微动了下刀，加入了Soul的成分，使得整首歌的档次再次提升。而在歌词部分，Mariah Carey把女人的自信唱的展露无疑，那“icecream”的味道，我想我已经感受到了，而且是感受到那浓烈的味道。而这首近年算是Mariah Carey高品质的Disco歌曲，让我相信将会是一首大热单曲。(专辑曲目详细介绍见中国音乐学网)
